Keep in mind however that these Lead Times & Shipping Delays are changing constantly.Β Our Lead Times and Shipping Delay Time Frames are ESTIMATED, and these Lead Times & Delays will change.Β You may receive your order sooner than expected or you may receive your order later than Expected. At this time due to increased inquiries and short staff we are asking for patience. If you are contacting us regarding an order you have already placed or contacting us regarding an order you would like to place please allowΒ 1-2 business daysΒ for a response.Β
Note that all Manufacturers - Warehouses - Fulfillment Centers associated with Fitness Equipment are extremely busy and very far behind in regard to shipping orders.Β Everyone is doing the best they can. Information - Lead Times - Inventory is changing constantly. Every order we receive is submitted for shipping. Every single one. Whether it is submitted for shipping from our own warehouse or submitted for shipping to a Manufacturer Fulfillment center. The faster you place your order the faster you get entered into the queue for shipping.Β
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING LOCATION
We ship within the United States only excludingΒ Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military, and air force bases.Β
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Kangaroo Hoppers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Kangaroo Hoppers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
